Along the journey toward Health & Wellness, I’ve come to find that lots of areas of my life have improved since we’ve adopted a more natural living approach.


Some of the areas, where we have made changes include: natural cleaners, natural personal products, reducing waste, backyard gardening, preparedness with real food, natural kids, homeschooling (long post coming on this!), nuggets in faith, raising grounded kids in an un-grounded world, skin care, natural remedies and more!


Having a few books around that help me focus on me … makes all the difference!
